What is RolePocket?
RolePocket is a private job application tracker for people running a focused search. It brings captured job details, your decisions, application documents and activity history into one workspace.
Who is it built for?
Experienced professionals who want to be deliberate about their next move. It is useful when you are comparing requirements and working arrangements, tailoring applications, and keeping track of several conversations.
What do I need to get started?
Use a Google account to create your workspace or sign back in. Job capture requires the RolePocket extension in desktop Chrome. The extension is not published yet, so new users can create an account now and start capturing jobs once it is available. You can review captured roles and application progress in the web app.
Does RolePocket apply to jobs for me?
You submit applications through the employer's own process. RolePocket helps you keep the opportunity, application status and the CV you used together, so you retain control of every application.
How does RolePocket use AI?
AI extracts structured details from job postings you capture. Check the captured information against the original posting before acting on it. The board can also display AI suggestions when supplied by a connected assessment workflow; automatic personalised assessment is not part of the standard sign-up experience.
Can I keep track of the CV I sent?
Yes. When recording an application, you can attach the CV you used. Related documents and the opportunity's activity history are accessible from its details.
